I am a Liberatory Leadership Coach, Emergent Strategist, Social Justice Facilitator and Radical Social Worker.

  • Liberation is an inside job (particularly for BIPOC + Queer leaders who joined a social change organization as a way to challenge injustice but still don't feel the kind of freedom that activism promised because self-doubt is getting in the way).
  • Change can be our homie, not our enemy (particularly for those of us committed to collective liberation but feel overwhelmed by how to create real change in the world)
  • Feedback is about the Receiver, not the Giver (particularly for those of us seeking to offer feedback in a way that is trauma-aware, consent-based and generative so that it's more likely to be implemented by the Receiver).

Feedback is essential for growth but not enough of us have any sense of how to do it without traumatizing each other or without reinforcing oppressive systems of what is and is not “acceptable”.

But what if you had practical tips and actionable steps to deliver feedback in a way that is consent-based, trauma-aware and generative? (this means it feels good for you to give and for them to receive)

This Feel Good Feedback Guide is where I've created to take my 10+ years as a mentor, manager and all around possibility activator into my best guidance for how to craft feedback that feels good for the Giver and Receiver. 

Spark Session

This is a 60 minute coaching and consulting session via phone. Come with a specific leadership dilemma or decision so we can talk-through potential directions to move forward with authenticity and integrity. 

During this call, we might:

  • Explore ways you can include more liberatory approaches into your leadership

  • Troubleshoot how you can share feedback in a way that is likely to be heard and taken seriously

  • Learn how to manage your emotions so you're able to ride the wave of uncertainty instead of allowing those big feels and fears to stop you

  • Prepare to set boundaries or make requests so you feel more energetically supported

Values-Aligned Action (1-to-1)

Values-Aligned Action is a 6 month, 1-to-1 coaching experience for BIPOC + Queer leaders (in 9-5’s or self-employment) who are experiencing perfectionism, conflict avoidance and a sense of urgency so deeply that it’s getting in the way of their liberatory efforts and energy.

Together, we will develop the skills, support and spirit needed to show up in a way that is intentional, sustainable and congruent with your liberatory values.

So You Wanna Be Less Oppressive: A 3-Part Series (Workshop Replay)

This 3-part workshop series is designed for the Marginalized Leader who wants to disrupt the status quo in a way that is authentic to you.

Part 1 begins with naming what social justice is and isn't.

Part 2 explores how our own socialization inspires and gets in the way of our ability to advocate for social justice.

Part 3 explores how we can act in solidarity with marginalized groups and towards collective liberation.

Each workshop has a video version, section chapters and recommended resources broken down by the amount of time you have available to deepen the video content you're consuming.
